This magazine is filled to the brim with great stuff. Just be careful picking it up, you may spill a little.

Also, FaceBook has a Psychology Today link worth connecting to so you can get updates on interesting articles and the comments from a wide variety of people. Dr. House may call some of the commentary idiotic, but there are perspectives that fuel thought and insight into the meat of meat-heads...and that actually has some merit.
I've been reading this magazine for over 3 years straight. I have no interest in Psychology as a profession. But I find the articles to be endlessly educational for insight into just about everything. It's written in layman's terms so you don't really have to be in the mental health services to understand it, or worry that it's full of scholarly writing and research that bores you. I have been surprised at how much I've learned about how people think, how I think, and how that translates into everyday life, never mind the larger issues of life. I think everybody should read it, like the newspaper or something. I guarantee, that you won't read an issue and not find at least 2-3 educational (but not too academic) articles that benefit you.
Well written but more for a professioinal" than a lay-person.
a must to avoid. Magazine subscriptions are a rip off!
